New Card

Here is a card I made for mypinkstampers DT ~ she has so many people wanting to be on her design team so I am sure my chances are slim. But it got me motivated to make a card. I used the storybook cart and pink and black of course. I thought it turned out cute

What a weekend

We just got back from my mom's house, she had all of us (who live in town) come by her house and those who live far away were to call in on a conf. call. She surprised us all with a cruise. she is taking all of her kids, grandkids and great grand daughter on a cruise for Christmas. We are all so very excited. There will be approx 18 of us going. What a great gift. To all be together again.

Busy Weekend

Went to Brittany and Reddell's for the weekend, we decided to take Brilee with us as Britt doesn't get to spend much time with her. Although britt has been home a couple times in the past few months she is so busy she doesn't get to spend time with Brilee like she'd like. Plus Reddell hadn't seen her since Christmas and he was ready.
We got to Chesterfield on Friday at 4:00, we upacked the car and then headed to dinner at Outback, that was so good, but we ate too much so we headed to the mall to walk it off. Then off to get ice cream.
Saturday morning we got up and headed out to some garage sales and then snuck some shopping in. After that it was time to hit the pool. Brilee, Brittany and Reddell had so much fun. Brilee was the mermaid, Brittany was the mermaid mom and Reddell was the shark.
That evening Bert and Reddell invited 3 couple friends of theirs over for fun and games. We played Tabu, now that was fun, we had many laughs and learned a lot. Especially about Australia. (thank Reddell)

Time flies

How does it happen? It seems like time couldn't go any faster and the wella there it goes. since my last posting a lot has gone on. We went on a 10 day vacation, 3 days in Seattle and then a 7 day Alaskan cruise. Now let me tell you taking a cruise.....that is the way to do it. Enjoyed that a lot. I will post pictures and more about the cruise later
